Marbleseed Conference 2025 - Presentations

Our farmer/rancher SARE project including farmers, Zachary Paige, Rodrigo Cala and Javier Garcia focuses on increasing capacity of specialty crop markets for value-added foods. We purchased necessary equipment for increasing productivity of jalapeños, serrano, chile de arbol hot peppers, white corn and garlic as well as equipment to produce value-added products including hot sauce, garlic salt, etc. We held seed saving education events to breed, select, winnow and store both the crops and seeds.
