Are volunteer opportunities available?

Yes! In exchange for 8-10 hours of service between Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, volunteers attend the conference for $75. Breakfast and lunch will be included with your registration. Click here to sign up!

Are scholarships available?

Yes! Financial assistance is available to help make the Marbleseed Organic Farming Conference accessible to all. Applications are due December 12, 2025 and we will notify you if you’ve been selected by the end of December. Click here to apply!

Do you want to help assist others to attend the Marbleseed Conference? Consider donating to the Scholarship Funds. Giving to the Marbleseed Conference Scholarship Fund is a great way to encourage the success of organic and sustainable farmers. Contribute to a scholarship at marbleseed.org/donate .

Are group rates available?

Yes! Group rates are available for student groups of five or more (35% off pre-reg rate). Contact registration@marbleseed.org before January 23, 2026 to apply for the group rate.

Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend the conference?

Partial refunds are available if you are unable to attend and request a refund before the end of the day on February 10 . A processing fee applies based on how close the refund request is to the conference. Contact registration@marbleseed.org if you need to request a refund.

By January 6: 15% fee (85% refund)
January 7 – February 5: 25% fee (75% refund); no refund for add-on meals
February 6 – February 10: 50% fee (50% refund); no refund for add-on meals
No refunds after February 10

Do the conference meals accommodate different dietary restrictions/preferences?

Yes, meals at the conference are buffet style with vegetarian/vegan options. While we are not able to customize meals for every dietary need due to the size of the event, items are very thoroughly labelled with many flexible options to suit attendees' needs.

Is childcare or other youth programming available?

Yes! Childcare is available for children 3-12 years old during conference sessions Thursday through Saturday. Childcare is located in the Radisson through the skyway via North Hall Upper.

The staff of Wisconsin Farmers Union’s Kamp Kenwood will again be joining us to lead educational activities and fun in our Teen Space for kids ages 12 & up. The Teen Space will be located in the exhibit hall this year with a schedule of activities throughout Friday and Saturday.
