Marbleseed Conference 2027 - Presentations

We will present variety options and variety trial data, as well as data on flour milling and end use performance, for buckwheat and millet in grain rotations in the Upper Midwest, as well as providing background on how these crops can provide flexibility in rotations. Taste tests of buckwheat and millet products will be offered!
