The Marbleseed Organic Farming Conference is focused on organic and sustainable agriculture. The products and services of the vendors in the Exhibit Hall must be approved for organic production. Marbleseed reserves the right to refuse any exhibit for any reason.
The booth must be open during Exhibit Hall hours. Exhibitors who arrive late, leave early, or take down their booth during show hours could jeopardize their participation in future conferences.
Community Agreement:
Our goal is for the Marbleseed Organic Farming Conference to be a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. Exhibitors agree to uplift these values and conduct themselves with respect toward others. Exhibitors understand that Marbleseed has a zero-tolerance policy for oppressive behavior, including any conduct that demeans, marginalizes, rejects, threatens, or harms anyone on the basis of ability, age, cultural background, education, ethnicity, gender, immigration status language, nationality, physical appearance, race, religion, or sexual orientation. Exhibitors unable to act in accordance with this policy will be removed.
Exhibitor Etiquette
Please do not disparage fellow sponsors, exhibitors, or the organizations involved in this event. Leafleting, petitioning or canvassing is not permitted outside your booth during the conference.
Use of Exhibit Booth Space
- Booths may only be used by the organization that paid and reserved the exhibit space.
- No discharge of sprays or fumes is allowed.
- No food preparation is allowed at the booth; only pre-packaged food samples may be distributed.
- No signs can be hung from La Crosse Center walls or railings unless approved in advance and consistent with sponsor level.
- Signage must be contained within the confines of the exhibit booth space and cannot block view of neighboring booths.
- Book sales must be related to your product or service and are limited to no more than five titles.
- The 8-foot table included with the booth must be placed parallel to the back wall to keep it within the confines of the booth.
- The La Crosse Center does not provide storage for packing cases, equipment, or merchandise.
Refusal/Removal
Marbleseed reserves the right to refuse or remove any exhibit (in whole or in part) or any representative for any reason.
Security and Liability
Marbleseed will take reasonable precautions to safeguard the Exhibit Hall and will provide supervision when the hall is closed. Marbleseed is not responsible for any injury to exhibitors, their employees, guests or visitors, or for loss or damage to any goods from any cause whatsoever while in transit to, from, or during the conference. Exhibitors are required to carry their own liability insurance.
Conference Cancellation/Postponement
Marbleseed shall have no liability to a sponsor or exhibitor if the conference is postponed or canceled due to weather or other circumstances outside of our control.
Cancellation Policy
All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and are subject to a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after Jan. 15.
